Video Marketing for SEO purposes is one of the most powerful things you can do to rank high and rank fast in the search engines.  As I explain in the video you do not need to have a live person speaking for your videos to rank well and drive you traffic.

Here is the deal.  First figure out a search phrase you would like to rank well for.  Next get some kind of relevant video.  As an example you could use screen capture software like Camtasia Studio to just click around and talk about your website or you could use a cool site like animoto.com to create a kick ass video presentation filled with taglines and background music in minutes.

Next upload that video to the most popular video sharing directories and make sure to include the phrase you wish to rank high for in the  title of the video, the title of the post and the description.  Also include a full path link back to your site.

If your phrase is not too high compete you can find yourself quickly (24 hours) dominating natural search results. If your phrase is higher compete than some extra work will be needed to both get a decent position and maintain that position.

You can link back to your video from free blog sites and free web directories giving your video some much needed link love and you can submit the rss feeds of your video site accounts (yes every time you seen up for an account almost anywhere it has an associated RSS feed) to free RSS aggregators.
