This is so simple it’s stupid.  It’s as simple as if you don’t shake their hand and give them a business card, you’re an idiot.  The real kicker is to date I have made this little change to over 100 client websites and EVERY single time their leads have skyrocketed.  I would feel bad looking like such a hero for such a tiny change if it was not for the brutal arguments I have had to endure with some graphic artists ( I love most of you guys, I’m sure your not one of them) over how this does not look pretty so lets not do it!  My suggestion instead of cutting them a check?  Send them some pretty paper, cause hec ROI apparently does NOT matter on 99.9% of websites created for BUSINESS! Whew, thats my rant!
